Texas Eta Annual Alumni Weekend Intinerary
July 31 5:30 P.M - Opening Reception/Happy Hour at Crown Colony
July 31 6:00 P.M. – Dinner at Crown (Alumni.Housing Presentation & Chapter Update)
July 31 8:00 PM (Poolside Area) – Cocktails and calcutta at Crown Colony.
August 1 8:30A.M. - Texas Eta Alumni Golf Tournament at Crown Colony (four-person scramble); handicapped team awards include: 1st, 2nd & 3rd team prizes, calcutta payouts, closest to the pin and longest drive contest. We are limited to 72 golfers. Therefore it is first pay, first play.
August 1 1:00 to 5:00 P.M. Pool side at the Crown Colony.
August 1 7:00 P.M. – Dinner, raffle and auction at the Crown Colony Country Club.
August 2 10:00 A.M. - Ribbon Cutting - New Basketball Court and BBQ PIT Area at the house
