Philip Ernest Hutchins (Hutch), 76, of Laguna Woods, CA born August 27, 1944, passed away due to a stroke on August 29, 2020 at Saddleback Medical Center. Philip, originally from New Hampshire, was a 1966 graduate of Stephen F. Austin University, Texas. He was a a member of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity, a cheerleader and he majored in Speech Therapy. He is predeceased by his loving parents, Loren Jr. and Isabel W. Hutchins of New Hampshire and survived by two brothers, Loren H. Hutchins lll of Colorado, and his wife, Sandra and Allan D. Hutchins of Florida, and his wife, Maria Elena, and by nieces and nephews: Liesl, Rene, Dierdra, Loren IV and Reinaldo. As well as a son, Jason L. Hutchins. Philip was an avid skier, tennis player and traveler. He enjoyed the company of his many Schnauzer and was a rescue member of the West Highland White Terrier Club of California for many years. He will be greatly missed.
