Tommy Moore #58 asked me to pass this along for him.

"I attended the service for Brother Lester Hunter today in Alto, Texas to represent the Texas Eta Phi Delta Theta Brothers who were not able to attend. His wife said Lester's last words were “The party’s over”. Please advise the Brothers that it was a fitting tribute to a good BITB."

I was not aware of Lester's stepping into eternity.  I would have been there to celebrate his crossing over.  Prayers for Lester's family.

Lester was a dear friend and brother.  He will be missed by all that knew him. I, fortunately, had a conversation with him prior to his passing and will always be thankful for that oppertunity.

Rest in Peace

I college friend and brother met Jesus face too face two weeks ago.  His wife said Lester woke her up laughing.  Since he was hard to wake, she turned over and went back to sleep. She’s at peace knowing Lester Hunter (78) met Jesus that night.
